You need to get your cruising instructor endorsment , either though an assessment at a sea school or though the RYA, you can then teach ICC , Helms man, and Dayskipper pratical courses for a sea school. you can then sit your full instructors ticket , they recommend after about 2 seasons teaching, it is a tough coures with a 58% fail rate. The RYA has the information on it.
