Janneau NC11 fuel cut-off

Can anyone help please, I have a new to me Janneau NC11, I want to change the elements in the primary Racor filters/separator but can't find fuel cut off.
The supply hose from the tank goes directly to the filters with no value, its clearly all original with no modifications.
Someone suggested that the pull levers under the helm are the fuel cut off but these are(at least on my boat) for the engine bay fire extinguishers.
Can anyone shine a light on this please.

It's worth another look but I can't imagine there is anything, the top of the tank is only around 4-5 cm from the cockpit floor.

Hello Nigel -- this info might be of use.
On our NC9 the fuel cutoff is in the locker under the salon floor.

Yes found them now thanks, the top of the tanks are so snug to the underside of the cockpit floor so yea a cable operated valve with the pull in the salon locker.
