I've lost some knots.

My Comments would be :
Hull slime makes a hell of a drag and speed loss on a fully planing boat
Drives badly fouled causing drag
Props clean as a whistle, good
Anodes doing their job protecting drives good.
You have a planing boat is a high fouling area with a good water flow over the hull on the mooring which increases fouling.
Book a summer lift earlier say mid august or before a holiday on the boat, plan it in and work towards it, use it as an opportunity to check all underwater area, to carefully clean hull and drives, to change anodes, and check again all connections, unusual anode wear and all continuity wires on the outdrives.
A diver will not do as good a job of cleaning and anode change as you can, if divers are 20% less than a lift, it is a no brainer.

Thanks Bandit I think that's spot on. I've been surprised by how much it was affected. Much more so than my saily boat.

You've seen the pot belly, you can sod off now!
Now I know why there was a big rise in tide on a neaps, he should notify the coast guard next time he goes in . He looks more like the Michelin Man..

Considering my season started in August that's hardly surprising. I think I've squeezed in maybe 7 days on the water.
