Can't see the sails

Maybe the black towery thing is the mast, and the white roofy things flip up to become the sails. However, when buying islands, I always work on the maxim 'Don't buy islands that need antifouling'. It's always worked for me, in theory at least, because I now find that I don't own any islands that need antifouling...

It just looks like someone has taken a redundant oil drilling rig and given it a makeover and "re purposed" it.
