Just tried to use their support form and got an email back saying it couldn't be delivered. SO before I try to figure how to get a question to them I wondered if anyone on here knew the answers for the IoS version:

1. Is it possible to get an audio alarm when the screen is off. It gives banner alerts but that's useless if you're helming or otherwise busy and definitely no good for the anchor watch unless you leave the device plugged in and the screen set to not go off. If you forget to switch the screen back to automatic it soon kills the battery.

2. When displaying AIS targets can the forward projection of own boat and target boats be extended to that you can see if the 200m CPA is in front or behind that huge container ship that's bearing down on you?

I think the answer to the first question is device-specific. You don't say what device you're using. I don't know of a way of setting it up on an iPad, but I do get some audio alerts with the screen off, so it's probably possible. Someone with more knowledge may know.
As to your second question, in Boat Settings, if you select COG for the head line parameter, you will get an infinite course projection line. I don't have AIS on my iPad, so can't help with that.

As to the first question I think it's a device problem but cannot find a way round it.
