in one of his blogs he talks about the consequences of sitting on his backside for too long and a wierd diet meant that the only way he could solve his constipation was with a teaspoon inserted where the sun does not shine

I was trying to figure out if that was leeway or current/tide as he was sailing in front of that yacht and figured it was probably a bit of both.

His boat effectively has 2 inch deep bilge keels, so probably.

The opening Jazz is by Laywah and is called "Parachutes", there is a middle piece I do not know and the piano ending music is from The Spa Music Institute and is called "Spa Healing Massage".
