IIRC my favourite rant used to go something like this:
QRT - QRL
ZKA - ZKB
INT QBF
ZBM2
Usually went pretty quiet after that.

Served in the R.Sigs in the 70s and 80s. Set up HF Comms all over round the world. Always remember when we did the Crypto Changes at midnight......

Mad rush for code book! i used to hate it when after sending a long message from somewhere wet and cold someone who was nice and warm and clearly sipping on a cup of cocoa would come up.

All aviation still uses QNH and sometimes QFE (the Royal Flying Club operate on QFE still) plus rarely QSY. Hams use some as well. QRM?
