Yes, but I have to tell them when I race. I have declared occasional club races. Of course the rig risk increases, so they lower the cover to 66% for racing.

Yes but damage to the rig while racing is excluded unless it occurs as the result of stranding, collision, or a few other causes.
Basically I'm not covered for overstressing the rig while racing; but it's a masthead rig built like the proverbial masonry facilities and regularly inspected, so I don't think I'm taking too much risk myself.
 
checked. covered for club racing, mast cost 10k, no need to tell them when racing, excess goes up to 500. 3 million for 3rd party.
 
Suggest you've got your rig undervalued.

You must allow for everything going over the side. Mast, boom, spinnaker pole, standing and running rigging, mainsail, genoa, spinnaker, electronics, etc, etc.
