Suffolk Marine Safety (Inflatable Boat Repairs | UK | Suffolk Marine Safety) do inflatable repairs, they may be prepared to do mods as well. I took my Bombard HP inflatble floor to them because it leaks - they pressure tested it and said it wasn't leaking enough to bother, so I'm back to pumping it up every day ?

Glueing the new pads in place should be a doddle as long as the surfaces are clean and slightly branded. Make sure you use a decent 2-pack glue and the joint will last for years.

I have a pot of mek and ibs 2 part glue, just got to work out measuring and pot life, a job for the weekend methinks but need to move my bikes so I can do it in the garage, don't fancy trying to glue in this weekends heat and sun.
