Your Trustpilot feedback does not seem to support this. In one year 4 responses of which two lead to long expensive court cases about how you support your "quality" work - both of which you lost. To make matters worse you did not respect the court's findings until forced to.

Not a good look
Trustpilot often seems to attract negative reviews, but we regularly receive positive feedback from our customers. In fact, we had a great review come in today, which highlights the quality of our work and commitment to customer satisfaction

ME. Victors my bezey mate.
This thread highlights the need for clearer education on synthetic decking marketing, supply and warranties. Many brands imply they supply fitted decks but only provide materials, leaving customer claims against 3rd parties

After helping a number of customers with such issues, I submitted a Trading Standards complaint (ref. 18622138]) to push for accurate marketing and disclaimers. At Beautiful Marine Floors, we offer both product and service warranties to ensure transparency and set a higher standard. I urge all brands to comply with the laws.

I’m not sure if this is the right place for your plea? You are the only flexi teak trader, advertising your business on here.

So when you went to court were you , the manufacturer , installer, or 3rd party. Did you lose all 3?. I have tried looking for other court cases from other manufacturers and No.

No it doesn't. You are saying that but no-one else is
At Beautiful Marine Floors, we offer both product and service warranties to ensure transparency to ... set a higher standard.
Well you don't really imho. First, your warranty is full of exclusions and is barely worth the paper it's written on. Second, your company BMFL that offers the warranty appears insolvent to the tune of £100,000 net liabilities, going by its last filed accounts, and therefore your "warranty" seems again hardly worth the paper it's written on.

For some reason the following quote comes to mind:-

“Most everyone’s mad here. You may have noticed I am not quite all there myself.” — Cheshire Cat, Adventures of Alice in Wonderland
