I just replied and again got this message dose this time out??

the server is very slow this afternoon so tends to time out when accepting a posting. if you click again it will try to add two copies of the same post and throw up that error message.

having said that i think i had one or two instances where i got the message without clicking twice.

Oh i suppose its PBO saving in the wrong place again? Isent PBO owned by an Australian?
