I find this knocking of Jocks offensive, look at their most wondrous invention. The Toilet Seat, true the English had the idea of putting a hole in it but the basic idea was Scottish.

Well the discovery channel told me that the Romans had rows of stone seats with hole in, so thats got to count. Not sure what the Vikings did. Have to get back to you.
