HUSAN VHF

Does anybody know where I can get advice on an old HUSAN handheld VHF? Not been used for years, emits a whistling noise and has no details on LCD display. Is there an internal memory back-up battery that has died? Any help much appreciated.

I think that the chandlers Kelvin Hughes used to sell these sets. I dont know if either still exist, but i would start with them. Good luck.
