HR 312

I am looking to buy a used HR312. The one I visited seems to be generally in a very good shape, but walking on the deck, in front of the forward hatch, I noticed that the deck is flexing noticeably under my feet. Does anybody know if this is only the teak overlay or the whole deck structure. If yes, is this normal or should I suspect some damage? Are there any known problems or issues with this type of boat which I should be warned about? Thanks in advance for any comments.
