It certainly works if you upload the video to YouTube and then provide a link to the video. It should work if you use Google Drive or Dropbox, though I have never done this myself.
AFAIK there is no direct, easy way like dropping in a photo, the files are too large.

It has to be via a Video Hosting site such as Vimeo ... Photobucket .... Imgur .... or most popular : Youtube.

It is a good while since I updated to YouTube, and things may have changed, but I found it much quicker to run my video through a free editor programme and save it in a format listed as being suitable for YouTube, making a smaller upload.
