Looks like Starlink have changed the rules on Standby mode - making it unavailable when in motion. A report here, and a youtube video here with details.
It appears from comments on the above video that it still works at normal sailing speeds.
Anyone got direct experience of whether it's still working? I'm about to invest in Starlink, and Standby Mode looked really good!
