How fast can I build a dinghy?

What takes at least 50% of time spent working on my boat is mates coming round to advise, discuss, borrow, return, offer coffee etc.

I tarted up a tired Mirror with epoxy, working outside in spring I worked on the principle that it took 24Hrs+ for the epoxy to go off, and it did. If you can get the temp up to 20° you may do better. It's noticable that direct sunlight helps too.
