holiday cum instruction / sailing / Balearics / who?

Am thinking of a holiday / instructional around Majorca or Minorca, sailing. Am resident in Spain so travel isn't an issue but wud really appreciate pointers /suggestions as to a good operator. 'I' wud be self and wife, fit an healthy 60's.

I went with Traflagar (from Gibraltar - they also do Barcelona) had a fantastic week - plus it counts as tidal.
