Absolute scream, max thrills for minimal dosh, max spills ever. Remember the traveller as this is the only thing which will save you burying the nose and pitch polling ( ie A over T) You need a safty boat/chum to sail with as nearly impossible to right if they invert.
Absolute blast to sail in F4 or above - yup you can't afford to cleat the traveller or it'll capsize before you can blink in the gusts if you're flying a hull.
Capsize recovery is not so difficult when you know the technique - It's many many moons since I sailed one but as I recall the procedure is: 1) stand on the front of the hull in the water and wait untill it comes round head to wind. 2) Helm stands on hull in the water and hangs out on jib sheet to get her to come up, meanwhile 3) crew hangs around in the water, and as she comes upright, grabs hold of the dolphin striker and tries to pull himself out of the water. This stops her rolling right over and capsizing the other way. I've done it in a F5 and, unless you follow this procedure you never get it upright again.
Both crew and helm need to trapeze off the stern of the windward hull (crew behind helm) reaching in these conditions or it will pitch-pole; but that's half the fun!
