Does anyone have any knowledge/experience of this satellite digital radio?I am going foreign next year and it seems a good way to get shipping forecast and (for my wife) The Archers.How easy is it to cnvert such an appliance to run off the boats 12 volt system?

I've got one I use in southern spain - it is limited in that it only picks up the Afristar satellite which only seems to have two UK channels - world service and radio one plus cnn - but a number of good music stations and african music especially - no problem converting to 12v ( steps down to 9v) very good clear reception once the dish is lined up - not sure whether or when the BBC are planning to broadcast more programs - no shipping forecasts in english as far as I can judge probably useful in port to keep up with world news .
