help with identification

Hi , can anyone help.Im trying to find any information on this hull.Ive been told its a 1966 Birchwood Vanguard spectre .If any one can confirm this and help me find out anything else be it pictures reveiws anything to help restoration that would be great.a picture can be found in my albums

I vote for a NO.
Definitely not the Vanguard Sceptre.
There was a range of GRP boats around at that time called "Phantom" I believe. Great Uncle Byron may find it in his book "25 yrs of the MB" but it may be too early.
Some were o/b but others outdrive.
