Help please - Raw Water Filter spares required.

Only my second post in many years of irregular visits to this foru.

Can anyone help me by identifying the maker/supplier of the raw water filter pictured?

The glass (Perspex?) top of one of my two has cracked and I need to get a replacement.

If its just a circle with a few holes try Home page
I have used, good service. Just use the old lid as pattern to drill fixing holes
