Heads Tap and Spout Fittings

I would like to refresh the old taps and spout in the Heads, but cannot seem to find any fittings that are suitable (that is 2 separate taps and a separate spout) so I can reuse the current holes in the surface of the heads. Can anyone help in sourcing some replacements? Also, recommendations for a circular bowl. Thanks in advance.

Did mine using screwfix replacement parts. Avoid the 1/4 turn taps though, and check with SWMBO for type.

I just went to a local plumber merchant or DIY store with SWMDO to chose the taps and shower fitting for my boat

In the heads on Sumara, to keep things simple, I use a large stainless steel cooking pot as a sink. It has two handles at the top so the pot is just lifted out of the hole and emptied down the Baby Blake toilet. The advantage of this is that if you ever need a very large pot for cooking a crab or suchlike, you can just repurpose the sink! It probably isn't for everyone but it saves extra seacocks and blocked drains. There is a bit more about it if you scroll down this blog post

I think the OP has a pressurised system so pump taps would not be suitable.
