A good woodworking shop should be able to machine any profile you could wish for but that'll be the expensive option. You might even be able to machine something youself with a router.

I have read "Boat Interior Construction" by Michael Naujok in which he claims that these profiles should be availible in a good joinery company. As yet I haven't found one. I have tried B & Q but they only have a limited selection.
