Have Bradwell Marina really got a waiting list?

I applied last year, went on the waiting list and got in. However, I don't know if they added F pontoon last year, but I got the impression both of my neighbours were new as well. Thinking back I don't think they had many slots open so it may depend on who leaves. I took my beast up to Levington for the boat show and came back with a wad of cash so I can tell you F26 is free!

You didn't stay long!
I'm in F24. Full Circle has mixed memories of trying to get in to F23 earlier this year - he even managed it with a jammed steering ram and through in a 360 for good measure
They are known to be cautious about declaring having space. The didn't have when we went there for a month 7 years ago - as soon as I said we wanted to stay they found a slot. They react to spell of money

If they are full, they are very lucky - the boating press reported earlier this year that around 20% of marina berths in the UK were empty.

2013/14 was the same as 2012/13 and 2011/12 at £67.40 + VAT per foot. Their published price list doesn't feature metric boats!

That has been our experience too (not at Bradwell).
Commercial marinas will nearly always find room for you when you turn up.

Spoke to the office today. 2014 prices are up 2% on last year. Three years with no increase then 2% - no complaints about that!
