Spent New years eve on the hook at Erwarton pt with some Polish friends, great nights drinking and a fantistic show of fireworks and ships hooters too!

Crispin, think I was watching and listening to the same stuff but from the vantage point of the Bristol Arms at Shotley. After a week of late nights and poisoning with too many rich foods and too much alcohol I now need a week off to recover. zzzzzzzzzz

...some of us have come back to work for a rest!!!

I view the Xmas break as the start of sorting the boat for the new season, so I've:

1 Removed headlining panels
2 Stripped old vinyl off
3 turned three sheets of 4mm ply into sawdust scrap and a few replacement panels
4 sorted slop in the steering
5 removed loose bits of antifoul all over
6 removed remainders of shaft anodes
7 cleaned shaft and prop
8 commenced polishing of shaft and prop....
