Weekend of April 26th, headed out of a choppy sea into the Hamble for lunch and catch breath. Has anyone seen the interesting little animated feature on the glass-barge ? As you approach the opposite side of his pontoon he automatically pops up, resplendant in his colourful sweater and bright yellow binoculars and offers a free lecture on Pontoon Insurance, offers to sell you a dictionery (oops) to help you understand the English language, and then, if you pull away quickly enough, he,muttering, pops his head back below.
