Hamble to Scilly December 2008

Just been and fetched our Hunter Horizon 273 from Deacons and sailed back to Scilly. It was a tad cold and at times very windy not that it shows on the vid as the camera was put away when the seas started jumping aboard. Our key to warmth and happiness aboard was a hotwater bottle each as there was no other heating.

I am very happy with how the trip went considering the conditions experienced and also extremely happy about how the boat performed.

Also a big thank you to boatmike for putting us up for the night before the boat was lifted in.

Hope you got that bacon butty when you got home.
I think I met you in September when Carol(nee devon now of Fowey I think) and I popped into the shop on our way back from SW Ireland.
