Do you think you are the only one to have brought this to the attention of the marina management?
Silting is a common ongoing problem that should be part of the calculated overheads when running such a venture, but I bet they're under pressure to save cash, so will deny existance or say the've never heard of this before...
I bet they know everything about the underwater topography as it is their investment and there are divers firkling about all the time maintaining things.
If they Don't know all this, then maybe you should move out, as the piles will be rotten and you'll fall through your pontoon or worse.

To be fair, 2.5m draft is at the upper end for most marina users.

Tedious/irritating though. Barnacle free race keel perhaps?

Really depends on what you want the outcome to be ...

If you want to stay there and there is an isolated "hump" in the fairway then talking with the marina bosses is going to be the next step.
If you don't want to stay there - but paid for a berth that won't get refunded then going aground and saying "I'm stuck" is going to get some attention - but expect to be towed off ...

We're in a locked marina - the lady who served me fuel asked if I was ok getting back into our berth singlehanded - and was quite anxious that I accepted help ... the look on her face when I suggested that if I had problems I'd just anchor in the fairway until help was available was funny though! :D
