1. It is not my boat!
2. The buying process has just started!
3. We don't want to get too excited and suffer disappointment should it go pear shaped!
4. Before my previous trip to the US I spent lots of time on here asking stupid and not so stupid questions. If it goes through I'm sure I will do the same again. From memory TCM and Stingo were the most prolific providers of information. Obviously that was only after I had been warned by TCM that most people are just dreamers. Déjà vu? We'll see!
