Yes, your experiences match mine IIRC (I think there was a temporary work-around for the BU 353 driver, but it did not stay ‘latched-on’ and so required some setting up every time one used it).

It is a bit annoying - but you do get a better S4 GPS puck.

I feel for you, but WLAN adapters are a big problem for Win 10... There are several still being sold by mainstream manufacturers where there are only drivers up to Win 7...

I’m sure. I was commiserating with the OP – but although it was a minor irritation of switching PC and OS at the time, one cannot be a Luddite about these things if one wants the benefits.
