Try Westerly Owners Association, they may have a contact, other than that its a transom hung rudder, it should not be to dificult to make one.
The Bosuns Locker have a complete boat for sale, they might give you the dimensions you require, call Jock Blair at 0131 331 4496 he might be able to suggest someone who could make one for you.
