If the rests of Sika are not too numerous, you might cover them with a couple of bandages and as soon as you meet your interviewer apologize for not shaking hands as you have bruises, manipulated chemicals or something etc etc.
With a bit of luck your interviewer is a YBW forumite and will greet you with ''Oh are you Minerva from YBW? No problems with Sika'' :)

So I’m in a bit of a predicament. Using sika yesterday and managed to get it all over my hands.

Normally I’d just leave it, but I have an interview tomorrow and having black smudgy hands probably isn’t the best look…

So any suggestions bar having an interesting talking point which can be rightfully considered to be example of doing a task without appropriate PPE 😬
Pumice stone. Make my husband use it all the time.

Brillo pad, or pumice (as above) and hand cream. Unlike most others solutions pumice is environmentally friendly. It washes up on Australian beaches (a surprisingly long way from the nearest volcanic activity).

It is your own fault for not wiping it off on your trousers, or best top whilst still wet

It is all down to the fact that my wife does not understand me !!

Is it? I'm starting to wonder if she doesn't understand you all too well... ;)
