Generator Locker has anybody ever tried it?

What's it mean by " Cooling system ... Through heat exchanger air/water"

The engine looks like a 219cc L48N air cooled unit. If not what is it?

I did find that one but when I saw it was air cooled I was confused as to what is going on.

The only thing I can think of is that a water cooled exhaust is fitted but the engine is still air cooled maybe with a water cooled radiator with a fan blowing cooled air over the engine. If so a bit Heath Robinson.

That one is not electric start but and electric starter can be seen in the picture.

Yes think you are right. In fact in one of the pictures you can see a hose going to what I assume is the exhaust. At least it solves the hot exhaust problem and overcomes the need to provide huge volumes of cooling air.

I saw the water cooled exhaust an saw that the fitting kit includes a selection of water cooled items, sea water intake etc. I assumed it was water-cooled. Like you, i'm now thinking that the water is cooling the air in the enclosure and the exhaust, hence the heat exchanger in front of the engine.
