Thanks you two. Found some info on them and seems like they have an AVS of 110 degrees. Probably means that the stability curve is something like an Ovni. I know it's been stated in some mags that the answer in heavy weather is to lift the dagger board to reduced the chance of being tripped by the keel, but, even so, if inverted by an extreme wave it is very possible for crew to be lost whilst trapped under a slowly righting, or non-self-righting boat (esp. where there may be a general absence of additional large waves to right the boat). Not something I want to practice.
