I've got no connection to this company - but I've had some great service off them over the past couple of days. In short, late on Monday afternoon I sent an email to them asking for some graphics to be made up for the new boat. I specified the font, font weight, size of lettering, the words I wanted, and the spacing. I asked if there was any chance I could get everything delivered by Thursday because we are taking possession of the boat on Friday.
A few mins later the phone rang, it was Mark from Funky Monkey - all ok, he took the card details, promised that everything would be in the post special delivery on Tuesday, to be delivered here Wednesday - today.
Sure enough this morning at 8am the postman turned up with the package. However ... owing to a miscomm between me and Mark, one of the graphics was in the wrong colour vinyl. So I sent another quick email to Mark with the problem - and as well as supplying the correctly-coloured graphics, he even went to the trouble of delivering the replacements to Fairline Southampton this morning, ready for me to apply to the boat, which I did this evening.
Pretty impressive stuff. Things go wrong with suppliers all the time, it's a fact of life. It's how they respond to these little hiccups that marks out the good guys.
So: I recommend Funky Monkey boat names - they know how to look after their customers.
Cheers
