Fuel tank leak

Congrats B, it's been a long road and we have had a lot of enjoyment at your misfortune, and you took it all on the chin.
Good luck with the new tank.
Re smell, I had a flexible high pressure fuel pipe blow a few years back that put 200 L of diesel in the bilges. Once all cleaned up I put @ 200L of water with an entire 1L bottle of washing up liquid (fairy) in the bilge, turned off the bilge pump and pootled about for a few days with it all swishing about. No more smell and very easy to do.

edit: passerelle looked OK to me ;-)

Ok Bouba enjoy the boat until October, then run the engine without oil , that will keep us all entertained until May.

Yesterday I was zonked and didn’t see the boat… despite that the pool and tv both failed..the pool was an airlock which was an easy fix but the telly? never worked.. I think it’s the TP Link..but after that I’m clueless..

Do you use the TP link as a VPN for your browsing? Mine is working OK.

Today it all begins…the boatyard technician arrived promptly at 8:30 am…these guys are very professional.
Traced it to a connector that hadn’t been reconnected in the Mercury Smart thingy.

Now just slowly slowly checking all systems and cleaning…plan to do this over a long period because of the heat…right now I am checking the generator…

Good long cold shower and then sit down and work back from the connection to your main router, if you can see the link in your computer wifi it's working then you need to see if the little box connected to your TV is working green light then is it actually connected to the TV by the way are the batteries in the ROKU remote working. Even I a complete numpty as far as these things are concerned can get it to work it really is plug and play.
