fuel tank breather skin fitting

Any one know where I can get a skin fitting for the breather pipe on my diesel tank? (not the tank skin fitting but topsides skin fitting).

mines a standard nylon overboard through the cabin side ..... never had any water in .... as its above the washing deck level that I sometimes aspire to when sailing .....
