Fuel Barges - Petrol

Anyone know if there is a fuel barge supplying petrol in, or close to Fowey?

AFAIK the fuel barge no longer operates in Fowey, Diesel is available from Toms yard at Polruan but not sure if they supply petrol. The nearest I know of is the garage top of hill from ferry landing (cornerways??). Quite a walk from any of the landing places and even further coming back with containers of petrol.

Ageed. Its one the downsides of Fowey that there is only diesel and then only in business hours. Lots of options in Plymouth if you are passing

Delighted to report that the fuel barge in Fowey was upgraded this year and now sells both diesel and petrol. Open 24 hours. Self service.

For those who don’t know the harbour, the pontoon is found next to the Bodinick ferry slipway.
