I have awful trouble with fridge !

Ice is not made quick enough therfore needs to drik G&T with no ice !

well acutally stuck in office so there is no G or T !

worst still have to read about people having trouble diginng cqr into perfect white sand. and boats not going fast enough because of warm lovely med conditions .

Enough is enough, this sort of posts should be banned, otherwise I can not carry on working !

Where is H! can we not just have a chatr about lots of gear or petrol vs diesel?

Well you could always give me a bit of advice about diesel additives now that I've had the operation!

I'm still on my first tankful of course in a newish stainless tank that had petrol in it for a year or so, and I managed to get 99.5% of it out.

Do I Need Sol***n ?

Oh, and BTW, I've not bothered to refit a primary filter, and following the merc. recommendations, am just relying on the engine fuel filter (which includes water trap and drain).

Is this wise, or just a sales ploy by Merc. to get you to buy lots of their filters?

Let's see how far we can get this post to drift /forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I have always had diesel boats but never used any additive?

My motto is to run engines as often as poss and keep tanks full all the time!

I do believe that some people have had lots of problems with the bug.

Check your filters as often as poss!

I also do have a water separator, which seems to work.

Tom

p.s. thanks for the understanding of my frustration; I will go for a pint now

I seem to be able to find quite a few pints in the meddy! Lots of places sell genius and a few other choice beverages, even found one in Vilanova, which wasn't an english bar or anything like, but had IPA!

So is the fridge in the office or on the boat?
Either way, either get it fixed or get a new one.....you know it makes sense/forums/images/icons/smile.gif

I think I have three diffrent filters along the way !

Two tanks (600 liters each) one junction one output to Gen and one filter !

Two outputs after taps thingies to switch tanks an other two filters one per tank !

On the way to engine I have an amrican filter thingy that has a fine filter and a water separtor.

On each engine a filter as well or is it two per engine ?
