Does anyone know how to access the water connections in the forward bathroom of a Sealine S41.
I have an annoying leak into the bow thrust bilge but can't see any way to get to the probable cause.

Is it definitely fresh water from the tank? Just from memory of my S41 ownership some years back, the thruster bilge is under the forward bed and I would have though that was further forward than the pipework for either the toilet or shower. Of course, I might well remember it wrong

It's definitely leaking from either the tap or fresh water supply to the electric toilet, I can get my hand far enough around the upper part of the bilge to feel the moisture.
I just can't see a way to get to any connection without major surgery.
It would probably take a few seconds to nip up the problem if only I could get access.

Does the water pump cycle on periodically?

Yes the water pump cuts in periodically if left switched on. Been keeping it switched off when not needed to reduce leakage.
Why they designed a boat with no access to the bathroom connections beggars belief!

I believe that Sealine fitted out the bathroom mouldings and then dropped them into the boat. There must be an accessible place to reach the connections. For example is there possible access through the right hand side from floor level cupboard in the saloon?

Our master bath in the house is the same!

We wanted to replace the taps and make it into a jacuzzi tub (just big enough for 2 and HOA don’t allow hot tubs), only way could have done it was rip out the whole tub not knowing how it was connected or go under sub floor and cut holes though the insulation and flooring And even then would have been a nightmare job.

Managed to get new tap cartridges turned down to suit but wasnt cheap even for cash.

It is possible the sink is secured by silicone sealant . If so the sink may be removed by carefully cutting around the sink using a sharp blade. This should then provide access to the plumbing.
