Anyone currently in St.Cyprien, or nearby? Wondering about buying or renting availability ... only 10m. An alternative might be Empuriabrava, just a berth, don't want to live in Spain but will be buying in Pyrenees

Empuriabrava (where I am) has loads of available space. I pay £4100 pa for a 12x4 berth. incl water elec and free parking
We love being 10mins from lovely coves in Cap de Creus
Gets a bit windy there as does all that French coastline.
August is horrendously busy but the rest of the time is great with plenty of restaurants, boat services, sky diving, go karting, mini golf etc etc

Or a little further on - Sant Carles - on the Ebro Delta - mid way between Barcelona and Valencia.
Would be even cheaper.
From a boating perspective we have a lagoon right outside the marina's entrance - 7 miles long, 1.5 miles wide and 6 m deep.
Almost totally enclosed so great to pop out and just drop the hook.
Nice quiet Spanish holiday town.
Full DIY boatyard facilities.
