Flat Hose at Lidl

It isn't shown on the web site but our Lidl has 15mtr long robust flat hose in @ £3.99. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

We got one from Aldi a few weeks back - Garden Sprinkler would be a better description - so much water leaked out we couldn't get anything out of the nozzle!!

We were in Lidl today and they had some flat hoses - but look carefully - as these were irrigation hoses (with holes along them)!!

A poor relation to the Aldi one I got last year which was on reel, had umpteen different connectors and a variable nozzle spray gun. £9.99 . You get what you pays for /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I was on a boat a few years ago on which the owner had stainless steel jack stays.

He had threaded them through some flat hose and so he had the strength of the s/s without the rolling under foot.

The boat was in the med so U/V was a serious issue with tape.

The hose was loose enough to allow the s/s breathe.

Went in to try and find one but the 15m £3.99 flat hoses are perforated for use as a spray !!!
