Pah, no rules means no sitty down time is enforced, but usually just before 8 sort of.
One in encouraged to show up around 7pm to give you an opportunity of settling year long debts at the bar, (might be thinking of alternators here )
not to mention having a chat with the people you may not be seated next to during the do.

Muster from 6.30 eating at 7.30.

We are not being charged for the room so the only money the club will make is from our use of their bar. No BYO.

The weather order has been lost in the post. Car park behind the club in Coronation Road ( first right after Tescos).

See you there

It may be also possible to park in the Burnham Sailing Club car park. End of Remembrance Ave [opposite Tesco].
A dinghy event is taking place [the source of the change of venue problem] so space may be limited.

The weather forecast seems to staying the same now. SW 5 possibly more...

Windguru is still popping in a F8 gust mid morning, but seems to be setting on F5's. Inshore Waters suggesting S4-5 by then.

Thinking is now for Speedwell's 2 to sail with me in Alchemist, so long as we can get out to the boat on the mooring at Pin Mill on Friday evening!

Still looking for a forecast offering wind with some North in it and F4 and 16 degrees C+ ;)

we are staying at Ye Olde White Harte Hotele

I just called to check our reservation and they still have availability.

Has mixed reviews on Trip Advisor though, so we don't have high expectations! (we will be happy as long as there is a bath...).

See you at Breakfast on Sunday then?
We plan to arrive mid afternoon Saturday.

It's touch and go but I think I might just pluck up the courage to make the adventurous voyage downriver!

(Have berths at BYH have been sorted or do I need to call them????)

For those who survive the maelstrom storms and general unpleasantness the weather throws at them whilst en route to Burnham on Saturday, restorative tea, cake and counselling will be served on berth b34 during the afternoon.
