Finally Bought a Rodman

We finally got a 2006 Rodman 810 after months and months of looking for a new boat. We purchased her from RBS Marine in Chichester and we felt we had a pretty good deal. I just wanted to report that Ben and his team at RBS Marine have been very impressive throughout and have provided an excellent service. We had a couple of bespoke extras fitted such as extra cockpit railings for safety and some fold away seating and the quality, design, and finish are second to none. There were lots of extra services provided such as storage out of the water, and electric hook up as well as anti fouling and tired silicon sealant scraped and re applied and we found the RBS team to be a conscientious bunch with close attention to detail.
After now having christened her in her new Cornish home, we are happy to report just how pleased we are with her performance. The Rodman feels such a solid and sturdy boat which has given us new confidence to explore places that were way beyond the capabilities of our last boat. She is a big step up for us and getting used to her will take some time although after some great fishing and cruising in the last week we can hardly wait to get back out on her.
