I read last night's email too and it was very uncomfortable - if she is being honest, and I have no reason to think otherwise, she certainly seems to have lost it by her own admission.

Her perpetual moaning does tax the reader - at least this one - but I appreciate her honesty for all that.

However, I also thought the 'swipe' at the Vendee was a bit much - rating it at about half the level of difficulty. I don't think Mike Golding would agree - as someone from his shore team said - 'what does the poor b*****d have to do?'

yep, she hasn't lost it but when your really knackered - you simply write "i'm knackered" and quailfy everything you write with "but there again, it's mt fauklt cos i'm knackered" and so on. The emails don't do her justice - they're just "what she wrote".

It's all in line with the times - reality tv, instant gratification for the masses via intrusion into one's most private moments, warts and all. Maybe we should have an "Emotion Filter" on our PCs and TVs so that we choose what level of emothion we want to handle?
