Just found this
Tidal current app for the coastal waters in the Faroe Islands

it's a recent ios/android app with tidal streams among the islands, one only needs to find where it can be downloaded.

Edit: I found it in Google play, one must search "rak" with an acute accent over the central "a" (which I do not have on this keyboard)
