I'm sort in the same market as well.
I've looked at a lot and found that for a decent sub 40 ft fly you will need a budget of about 130k.
Yes there are some older boats like the Corsica about but they have he same faults that my targa 33 has...as in small beds that are daft shapes.
The main other deciding factor that rules a lot of boats out for me is the mounded rear platform. The sides are fully mounded meaning that it's impossible to step off th platform to either side...espically as my lady has short legs. Fine for the med but crap for the Solent.
So for me it's a P38 or P40.
A very good friend had a Sealine F37, the platform had/has part moulded (mounded)! sides, and even though his wife is slightly disabled she never had a problem stepping off the sides as he added a stainless grab handle to aid her...
There is and excellent mounting area for this handle on that model!
