Just had a week away on the boat, halfway through the week the fridge packs up, contacted RANGER REFRIDGERATION, they organised a new part (ON THE SAMEDAY)!! Back up and working within four hours. The fridge was actually out of warranty but still no charge!!

WELL DONE RANGER !!!

Customer care still exists, it's just a shame that some other companies don't even recognize the words 'CUSTOMER CARE'.

But unfortunately this has spoiled everything. Now, you'll be hopping mad when others don't turn up in 4 hours too. Much better in the long run if they had stuck to the regualtion 2 weeks before supplying the wrong part. Your expectation levels are now far too high - and they're to blame.

not only that he has done them no service by naming them.

For this story will now be quoted by others and word will spread.
Soon they will gain a reputation round the industry as troubles makers shunning the closed shop practice of 'the customer is an idiot'
eventually closing as suppliers and boatyards refuse to deal with them

No quite the opposite as soon as the stella reached drinkable temperature we downed it all in one, just in case the fridge packed in again!!

So the contents of the fridge now is one tub of Stork marge, and a 2 day old donner kebab!!
