Engine Garage Clip

Hi,

The engine garage cover on our Fairline Targa 30 doesn't quite line up with the back of the boat when closed. The vertical part of the lid sticks back a bit. You can easily push it back into place so I was wondering about fitting one or two clips to lock in inlace. Anyone have any suggestions?

What about a couple of these? (there are many types)

Yes, they would work. Someone at the Marina suggested that I fix a couple of guide pins to the door and then a couple of S/S 'holes' for the pins to slide into but I think they'll potentially crack the GRP. I think these over centre latches are the way forward. Thanks.
